Follow the nudges of your heart!

Hey beautiful people!

Today I held my first masterclass that I have done in a while. I have been wanting to run them again for some time now but never acted on it.

I forgot how much I love to connect, share and teach in this way with you all. I think those of you who joined the masterclass today could say you loved it also!!

This couldn’t happen if I didn’t follow the nudges of my heart.

What is on your heart that you are wanting to share with the world?

Something we spoke about in the masterclass today is not waiting for it to be perfect and doing it scared.

Sometimes the fear won’t go away, sometimes the way is actually through the fear.

To be courageous and know that that fear isn’t you, what is you is your heart telling you to do this (and probably has been for a while)…
