Do you struggle to just BE?

Do you feel that too?

The need to constantly be doing more.

It’s thing that for generations humans have been feeling that we should be achieving and doing more. Coming from a place of not feeling enough or worthy of being ourselves for just who we are and not what we do or achieve.

But like a muscle this can be worked on and grow into something that you choose.

To get to a place of peace and contentment.

I’ve been on this journey for years.

Undoing conditioning that I have to do more, achieve more, to be loved. So that I am worthy of something in this world. Undoing this conditioning that this is not my truth.

Let me remind you…

You as the human you are, is worthy, is enough and is so loved just for simply BEing you.

I wrote BE in capital letters there because that’s what I want you to remember, to just BE.

I have been feeling some spaciousness in my work and life lately, which I really love. At the same time I had been feeling this slight anxiousness of forgetting something or I need to be doing more. I honour that feeling and remind myself that all is good and I don’t need to be DOing more.

If that happens for you in this way or a similar one, remind yourself it’s okay to just be, you don’t have to constantly do and that you are worthy, enough and loved ♡
