    Send me an enquiry about a Business Operations Intensive Day. We’ll jump on a short call to discuss your needs and what could be achieved during the intensive. If it feels aligned, we will book your Intensive Day!

    2. Business Strategy Session
    1–2 weeks before your Intensive Day, we have a focused strategy session. This ensures we’re crystal clear on what’s needed for your business. You’ll have time to gather assets I need so we are fully prepared for the intensive day.

    3. Operations Intensive Day
    The big day! We start with a short Zoom call in the morning, and then I get to work. You don’t need to stay on Zoom, but I’ll check in via phone if any clarifications are needed. At the end of the day, we have a final Zoom call to review the completed website, systems and operations so you can move forward with your epic, updated, fully functional digital space.
