Are you excited for 2024?! Or are you overwhelmed?

I definitely am!

And if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed that is completely okay and totally normal. I have felt that too!

I have had so many ideas that my mind almost blows out of the inspiration that I have and wanting to take action on them.

But I also remember that not everything needs to be done right now and I have been presented years of my vision so that I can take aligned action toward it. Not to take action all at once.

Action all at once leads to overwhelm and burn out.

Aligned, strategic, patient, action makes you closer and closer to your big vision.

Not taking the time to have a strategic plan can lead us to going down road that might not be the right one to get us where we want to be.

There may be ideas that are bright and shiny but fizzle out and you realise it isn’t what you want to do.

It may feel like you are wasting time by planning but you are not, planning for your direction is the best way to SAVE time because you spend time on the most aligned actions. Instead of figuring out what you need to do next all the time.

Have you planned your year? Whether it’s for business or personal. I would love to hear what your big goals are for the year!!

Have a read below for a really great practice that helped me on my 2024 planning day allow all the ideas come into an aligned plan without overwhelm.

My 2024 Planning day started with a big cacao and some breathwork! ^^

An overwhelm practice

1. BRAIN DUMP - Write out all the ideas you have for the year, big or small, no order, just write them all out.

2. Cross out anything that doesn’t align with your vision for where you want to go/achieve.
Not 100% sure on your big vision? That’s my specialty! Let’s have a Strategy Session to fine tune that to get you back on track!!

3. Ask yourself is all these ideas meant to be for years of my vision and not all in one?
- Example for me; on my list I did I wrote running retreats & masterminds. While I am not against that for this year, I am creating a different focus first to build up to that. Taking aligned steps to create that. Such as teaching more masterclasses and running in person events.

4. Choose the one thing that if nothing else this year, you achieve that you will be over the moon.
Focus on that first along with two other top priorities for the year = 3 main focus’ = way less overwhelm.

5. You achieve those three things in six months?! EPIC! Go back to your planning/vision list/board and create the next six months prioirites.
